"Wonderful care and compassion of ward 14 staff"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary

(as a relative),

I would like to this opportunity to express my gratitude to the staff of ward 14 for making my mothers last days peaceful and to say how wonderful all of the staff have been with their compassionate and professional care throughout the last three weeks.

The staff listened to my mother and upheld all, of her wishes whilst making the family feel at ease.

No words can express how thankful we are that our mother was in their care in her final weeks.

Dear Confused of Lerwick,

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother and would like to thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. It is really heartening to hear that the staff in ward 14 were able to provide such excellent and compassionate care for both her and the family over her last few days. I will make certain that your feedback is passed to the team.

Best wishes

Joan
