"A rude visit at Watford general"

About: Watford General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I felt the service from the triage nurse was disgusting my daughter went to see a doctor about a problem but the nurse who approach to us was terrible it was as if we should not have come up to the hospital tonight we should have called 111 instead.

It's not how  patients are in the corridors basically we was wasting thier time but it what thier there for to help patients not be rude.

From mt experiance, the nurse need to be more polite and not rude
