About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

Friendly, professional and helpful reception staff. Baby assessed promptly on arrival by a lovely friendly caring and knowledgeable nurse. Communication was great.

Seen by two lovely doctors, assessed, given effective treatment, reassessed, communicated with, and plan arranged all within three hours.

Thank you to the emergency department staff at Heartlands hospital. They are doing a fantastic job.
