"I took my son to Minor Injury ..."

What I liked

I took my son to Minor Injury at St.Albans City Hospital. We were made to wait for an hour and half, then told to go to a dentist or QE2 Hospital in Welwyn Garden CIty instead.

I told the receptionist that my son's gum of the front tooth was hanging off and a nurse came to have a brief look at it, then we were made to wait for an hour and half. But we had to rush to a dentist who cut the gum off. I was very disappointed.

What could be improved

The staff were the only ones smiling and laughing while people were anxious and tired of waiting. I was also surprised that there was no doctor, just two nurses.

Anything else?

Never again.
