"The staff were all excellent in their care"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My mum attended casualty twice during the Christmas period. On both occasions she was treated very well, the staff were all excellent in their care, very patient with my mum. She wanted me to mention Dr Svetlana who was gentle, reassuring and kind.

She was admitted to ward 18, where the staff were also excellent.
