The consultant referred me to physiotherapy to learn breathing exercises to help clear my chest. The advice and instruction I received were clear and helpful. I didn't expect the exercises to be so effective. I was also advised to drink more water to make the mucus less viscous. I feel privileged to have received such care from the NHS.
