What I liked
The new surgical lounge on David Evans ward - much better than being put in a bed.
What could be improved
Communication between different members of staff was poor. Timely information for me and my wife was none existent.
I had to persistently ask to see the surgeon to get info on aftercare etc.
Long delays for drugs to be dispensed. Spent about 5 hours pointlessly waiting for things when I could have done home
