What I liked

On arrival at the ENT reception I was quickly attended to and shown where to sit to await the Dr.

On seeing the Dr, he was very pleasant and explained to me what he was going to do in plain words and not the usual hospital speak, which was good.

The nurse was also very good & assisted me when I felt feint and sickly.

Overall, a very good experience on the day.

I have been back since that day and again I was treated in a polite and courteous manner by all at the Q.E. Hospital.

I`m now awaiting a letter to return for more treatment.

What could be improved

Nothing that I could see.
