"Impressed with standard of hygiene at North Devon"

I attended the North Devon Hospital, to have a blood sample taken.

I only had a few minutes to wait before I was called in by a very polite and pleasant young man, I think his name was Tom. I was very impressed by the procedures he undertook, prior to taking my blood. He both cleaned his hands with gel and put on disposable gloves. Not only was this good hygiene but I felt he was also showing care and concern for me.

I would recommended this Department to all those who live in North Devon. The standard of hygiene was the best I have experienced and I have had an untold number of blood samples taken at other Hospitals and GP surgeries.
