"awfull staff and made to feel stupid"

About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

absolutly awfull place this is.. i have never seen 1 midwife the same i am now 28 weeks preg.. no body knows my problems and anxietys in this pregnancy because i get passed frm perso to person.. apparently my midwife had now retiered. You get told one thing by one member of staff then someting completley diffrent by another.i have had blood and protiene in my urine at evry appointment and still have had no futher testing. i was admitted to hospital to go onto a drip as i was severly dehydrated. it took them 3 hours to even come and see me and introduce what was going to happen.. and after telling them i want no drugs in my system , myself and the doctor agreed i would just have a water drip. anyway the medicine form turns up and they tried to pump me with 5 diffrent drugs one being for anti sickness... and im not even suffering with sickness. so understandibly i discharged myself from therecare and seeked futher advice. i got laughed and smirked at by the staff when i told them i was unhappy with the situation and got the discharge form shoved under my face so they could get me out soon as.another thing i find terrible is the lack of care and compasion ..i dont feel like i have ever been listened to ..or respected. i have now changed to brighton.i have never ever recieved such bad care from any service.. a trained midwife i saw once. tod me to never take folic acid again after 12 weeks but the trainee in the room had to interrupt and say well actually now we advise to take all through. i have n trust for the staff and the unit what so ever and i would be so sceptical of giving birth here. an absolute disgrace. i have taken my complaints futher and wrote to my local MP
