I was admitted to York District hospital for an in patient operation and as part of my recuperation and rehabilitation after the surgery I was transferred to Ward 28.
I remained on that ward for a week until I was discharged and would like to pass on my thanks via this site to the hard working, diligent and caring staff who helped me recover during my time in their care.
They made the recovery from my surgery a more pleasant and bearable experience and I cannot praise their professional attitude, knowledge and skill set highly enough. Although all of the staff were really good, I'd like to acknowledge Thomas in particular for his excellent care.
