(as a relative),

My mum fell and broke her hip on Boxing night. The staff at A&E at the RAH were absolutely outstanding, and my mum was seen in a timely manner and given adequate pain relief. They were all very helpful and kept us well informed of what was happening at all times. Such a credit to the NHS!
