What I liked

All though the surgery was very major, the treatment I received was first class, all the staff right from cleaner to Surgeon treated you with the utmost care and professionalism.

What could be improved

The only criticism I would have, it was a bit severe going straight to the General Ward from the Critical Care Unit.
