What could be improved

Nursing staff adhering to uniform policy, not answering mobile phones while dealing with patients.Not discussing their private lives for all to hear. Adhering to intravenous drug policy and canulation policy.

Thank you for your feedback. There are strict policies in place for nursing staff relating to uniforms and use of mobile phones. These are regularly highlighted by Matrons and Senior Sisters and we will ensure that adherence to policies is again raised at the next senior nursing staff meeting. On your comment relating to adherence to intravenous drug and canulation policy, we hold in-depth monthly audits which show a very high adherence to policy.
