"IVF, pregnancy and C Section"

I had IVF about a year ago, it was the first time, and we were very lucky that it worked first time. The staff in the fertility clinic were fantastic. Everyone was very caring and professional, a credit to their profession. I would like to give a special thanks to Abha and Hazel.

Throughout my pregnancy everyone in the ante natal clinic, from receptionists to Consultants helped make it a wonderful experience. I actually looked forward to my next appointment! I received the best care possible and cannot praise the staff enough.

I had my baby by C-section and was really surprised at how smoothly it went, and how at ease I felt, everything was explained to me step by step, I felt in control of what was happening, the anaesthetist was marvellous, she gave me a face massage while I was having the section!

My consultant Dr Shearer was the loveliest woman, the kind of person that immediately makes you feel safe! The whole operation went without a hitch, my recovery went really well, staff could not do enough for me.

We even went back to visit them a few weeks after to say thank you.

On the whole it was a truly wonderful experience.
