What I liked

The hospital was geographically quite close.

What could be improved

Hygine. there were two or three baked beans under my father in laws bed when he arrived and a spiders web in the corner of his room, both were still present approximately a week later when he moved wards.

Anything else?

Treatment poor, placed in a couple of side rooms one on general ward and one on stroke unit whilst in hospital. nursing staff did not make an effort to check on him very often as could not be seen from nursing station. forgot to give him a meal on two occasions.
