About: Frimley Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

The service at the hospital was subpar. An elderly woman was left in pain without a care plan. The reception staff gave a false name. I felt that she was at risk and when I attempted to inform the sister on duty my details were taken but I never received a phone call as promised. My mother's pain was not controlled. investigations that are common and listed on NICE guidelines where not completed. The staff, one of whom was a registered nurse were rude. I cannot believe this is the state of the NHS. Shame on you.
