"Eternally grateful for all the staff have done"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

(as the patient),

I recently underwent a hysterectomy at NGH and was an inpatient on Spencer ward under the care of Mr Mcullough. I was in for 5 days and was rather worried after hearing a few stories of other peoples stay at the hospital. I have to say i had no complaints what so ever, the staff were lovely, if some what busy. But without a doubt they did their best at all times. I have since been back in with a Pulmonary Embolism, on Benham ward and also into casualty twice for treatment. Every time I have been treated efficiently, with great care and understanding and had absolutely nothing to complain about. Too many people are quick to moan about treatment but you have to commend the staff for doing the best job they can with sometimes limited resources and i for one feel that all of my treatment and ongoing treatment was second to none and i am eternally grateful for all that the staff have done for me over the last few weeks .
