I stayed at the Northern General Hospital on ward Firth 3 and I was treated for an Aneurysm. I received good care before and after the operation in H.D. ward. However, I was moved from this ward late at night to Firth 3 and put in the care of a bank (agency) male nurse and a charge nurse.
The bank nurse just came and lifted me up on the bed. My catheter bag was full all night. The next morning a nurse came and helped me and cleaned me and I then felt a lot better.
