What I liked

the excellent care and treatment given to me by all at the Day Surgery Unit. Everybody that I met from beginning to end was extremely kind, skilful and looked after me really well. I would especially ask you to pass on my thanks to the surgeon who operated on my hand. I was fully expecting to have a metal plate fitted, but thanks to his skill that was avoided now enabling me to get better much more quickly.

I would have liked to thank him personally before leaving but the opportunity did not arise. It's made such a huge difference to my recovery and I am very grateful.

Thank you to everyone once again - a brilliant advert for the NHS.
