What I liked
I have just recently had an operation with the ENT department on 8th June. I was on ward 13. I want to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the staff, all the staff were brilliant. I was treated very well and made to feel at home. Please can you pass my comments on to ward 13 and tell them to keep up the good work.
