"The day i finally put my hand up and asked for help"

Just before Christmas Eve I suffered a quite severe panic and anxiety attack. Over the last few years Ive always been able to control this but this one finally got the better of me and left me desperate for help.

My family took me to Pilgrim Hospital A&E where I received outstanding treatment. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I couldn't of been treated any better. I was seen by Antony from the mental health team who spent the best part of two hours talking to me.

I'm grateful to all the members of staff but Antony especially. His guidance and advice had such an impact, I cannot thank him enough.
