The hospital is clean
What could be improved
Patient communication. I've been given an appointment letter, can't make the appointment, but the phone numbers given are not answered by anyone - they just ring and ring. And yet the letter has the cheek to tell me to contact them as soon as possible if I cannot make the appointment. The hospital's adminsitration is worse than what you would expect in a third world country.
Anything else?
Please, please treat your patients with respect and give them the right telephone number to contact the hospital on.
