"I was received in Minor Injuries ..."

What I liked

I was received in Minor Injuries by the receptionist who attended immediately and handed me a form to complete. I was seen very soon after by a senior nurse and sent for an xray which was very swift. I hardly got back to MI when I was seen again and discussed the injury with the nurse. The whole exercise was completed in less than 1.25 hours and was as much of a pleasant experince as an injury could be.

What could be improved

The waiting room in Minor Injuries was air conditioned (it was a hot day) and, again, was a pleasant area in which to wait. Having had a very unpleasant experience at Basingstoke A & E, it was a relief to be seen at Andover.
