The care, the treatment i was going to receive, help when i was discharged.

Anything else?

I had a fracture to my left wrist. Due to the lack of correct treatment i have been left with an unusable wrist/hand. I even had to seek advice from Derby and get taken on as an out patient there. Lincoln did not even refer me!

A fracture that has led to me having 4 ops in Derby! Thank you Lincoln!

Although I am responding to your posting so long after your experience I would still like to apologise. Having recently developed systems to review stories on patient Opinion we are also tracking back over older ones to be sure we still listen and learn.

I am very sorry that you have had such a difficult time, I cannot comment on the detail or circumstances so long afterwards but I hope that you were ultimately able to make a good recovery.
