What I liked

The doctors explained what they were doing to my sister who was the patient. They apologised for the delay in treatment. They were excellent.

The hospital porters were caring and pleasant and were more impressive in terms of patient care than many of the nurses.

What could be improved

Nursing care in Victoria ward, especially in terms of patient dignity.
