What I liked

My sister has been in hospital for many many months I cannot praise the staff enough. They were all pleasant, helpful and courteous. Because of the distance I travelled each weekend the staff made sure I had a cup of tea and allowed me to stay all day. All the staff without exception were caring and very respectful towards their patients and indeed the visitors. I have worked in many hospitals over the years and can categorically state that Mount Gould is one of the best. If I were in the unfortunate position where I had to endure a hospital stay I would want it to be in Mount Gould Hospital. I cannot thank the staff and social workers enough for their care of my sister.

What could be improved

I don't think anything could have been improved on, the care and treatment was second to none.
