About: Barnsley PCT / Tissue viability service

(as the patient),

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for how the Nursing Staff have treated my Leg Ulcer at the West Street Medical Centre which is at Worsbrough.

I just want my thanks to be expressed to them, and my warmest regards for their pleasant nature and attitude.

I cannot express my thanks enough!
