"Run down ward"

Admitted at night from another day ward, no water jugs available so was left without water. No bedside buzzer, so left in pain and desperate to use the commode but nobody around plus no bedside lights, so all night long main lights were on and off, so not restful, couldn't wait to be discharged. On arrival sluice was broken, no working thermometers, it was in a dire state. No toaster, so cereal or bread for breakfast.. Also in need of pain relief but couldn't have pain relief because someone had forgotten to get the doctor to sign for it. The staff are doing their best but so it set staffed, the moral is so low. Not the normal excellent service I get from Airedale.
