What I liked
my daughter had a still birth and 4 weeks later they found the after birth still inside her they gave her the wrong tables and left her to sit on her own in the same room that they had told her that the baby had died for over 1 hour she was so upset staff did not know what had happend to her or even that she had been discharged from the hospital
What could be improved
nurse and doctors should read the note's more carfully and take peoples feeling into consideration
Anything else?
if i new who to complain to about this i would send them a very strong letter
"my daughter had a still birth ..."
