"Flexi cystoscopy"

I went to Southend hospital this morning for a flexi cystoscopy as as you can expect I was extremely nervous. The staff from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor who completed the procedure we're fantastic! They made me feel at ease when I didn't think that was possible and made the procedure as painless and stress free as possible, fully explaining every step of the way and ensuring a quick and efficient procedure.
