Since I have come to Colne ward, I have made a good friend who helped me get some pyjamas for Christmas. It was nice to get this from another patient because she did not have to do this for me. This will be my last Christmas in hospital after 4 years. Next year I hope to be in the community. The ward has improved, the bullying has stopped. The Manager is approachable.

Thank you for adding your story to Patient Opinion. I am pleased to hear that you have made a good friend on the ward and that you enjoyed Christmas, it is always nice to receive gifts. I am also pleased to learn that you are looking forward to your discharge to the community soon and that you feel that there has been improvements to issues around bullying in your time on the ward.
