Attended A&E when my mother suffered a bad fall near Embankment station.
Everyone was very kind and attentive. We had to wait a while, but that is to be expected on a busy Friday evening just before Christmas. Can't fault the service and my Mum was found a bed in a ward with a great view of London, which she loved. We constantly hear negative stories about the NHS, but from my experience, St Thomas sets the standard that all healthcare providers should aim for, public or private.
