" I have found the DART service excellent"

(as the patient),

I just wanted to say how excellent I have found the DART service. I saw my GP Tuesday for my blood test results and a couple of days later I got a letter through, rang up and booked an appointment and received confirmation back. If you listen tot the questions, the process is very easy.
