Having suffered from depression for many years and had counselling on and off since 2010, I hit a particular low period in 2015 and my gp referred me to Inclusion Matters and I eventually in 2016.
Received counselling from Barbara, who was absolutely fantastic the way she helped me, dealt with me on my worst days and brought me out of that particular period.
