What I liked
The A&E was very good, although I did go at a quiet time of the day. I was seen virtually straight away; given all the relevant tests; treated with respect; transferred to a ward with very little delay. My test results came back very quickly which meant I could go home. This was the best treatment I've had at the hospital. I wanted to write about it because things have improved a great deal since I was last there.
What could be improved
The check-in desk is not very private - the receptionist asks you to shout your details so she (& therefore everyone else in the waiting room) can hear. Also, they have a bright new waiting room but already someone has made a mess of the wall in several places (by putting on sticky tape & ripping it off) & the water vending machine didn't have anything in it. (minor details really)
