What I liked

The staff of Holly Ward were all very helpful, professional and made my brief stay of two nights as amieable as could have been expected. I also found the food to be of a good standard. thank you.

What could be improved

When returning today Sunday June 6th. 2010, to collect medicine (for my knee injury), upon entering the hospital by the main entrance - I tripped on a piece of damaged rubber matting just inside the automatic doors. This is unforgiveable negligence. That it occurred at a hospital is a disgrace.

Whoever is responsible for such poor maintenance should be severely reprimanded.

Anything else?

I hope both my plaudits and complaints receive prompt attention. I expect some response.
