What I liked

i had my second operation at the hospital on the 27/05/2010 and was treated in the admissions lounge and ross tilley ward both amazing in their standars and levels of care hygiene and frienliness and was amazed with the outstanding way in which the hospital is run i cant fault it at all every nurse doctor anethatist and every single member of staff was amazing they were kind caring helpful considerate polite hard working positive just generally fantasic i just cant thank everyone there enough think that the staff there should all get a huge pay rise as they do go above a beyond to help you and treat you even afterwards in outpatients 2 dressing clinic they were still amazing the clenliness in impecable throughout and just the worlds best hospital cant belive how great that they are restored my faith in the NHS they should all be knighted there for the work they do i really cant praise them enonogh wont mention names as everyone was truly amazing and dont know everyones names i have also wrote a letter to the chief exsecutive as i think that everyone should be congratulated on making that hospital so fantasic.

I would just like to say how good ur hospital is the staff are fantasic they are helpful kind friendly caring and everything you need from them i was really nurvous about my operation but when i got there everyone explained everything to me and they were helpful happy frienly kind and caring and it stoped me being nurvous the hospital itself has a loverly lay out it is so fantasicly clean bright fresh decoration its welcomming i just wish there was more hospitals like the QVH becuse the standars of care the staff the cleanliness and everything was to just amazing your hospital is outstanding i would say it is the best hospital in the world. Words really cant say howamasing the QVH is i will never forget my treatment there as it was the best i really cant praise the hospital and the staff enough it was outstanding.

What could be improved

hum i think there should be more specalist sevices there such as camhs and adult mental health services to treat and moniter conditions like ADHD OR ADD and their usal dermotology which i think may already be there and a department that deals with asthma as then i could be treaed here all the time
