I received a letter from DART regarding an appointment, however they had not put enough postage on it.
It was fortunate that I was in at the time and I paid the remainder of the postage. If I had not been it would have not been delivered so I wanted to point this out as it may be that other patients are not receiving their letters because of lack of postage being paid.
