"Colonoscopy Department Hartlepool"

Attended the colonoscopy dept at Hartlepool hospital yesterday. I was very anxious and all the staff I came into contact with were fantastic. At 8am in the corridor a cleaner welcomed me and my husband was very helpful . The receptionist in the dept was very efficient and kind. All three nurses involved directly in my care took great care to put me at ease and maintain privacy and dignity. The nurse colospocist who carried out the procedure was so very professional and caring .

All of the administration associated with my care was amazing and I was seen in the unit within one week of consulting my own GP. What a fantastic NHS service this Trust provides in terms of quality of care, proffesionalism, patient experience and efficiency efficiency
