Endoscopy

I thought the staff were all lovely. Very very kind, understanding and empathetic.

I can not say how much this was appreciated.

This applies to the nursing staff, doctors and ancillaries. Thank you to all.

The general waiting area was calm and pleasant and apart from the fact that nobody wanted to be there, a nice enough place to wait.

A cup of tea whilst in recovery was not expected and definitely seemed over and above. Thank you so much.
