"Contact impossible!"

I have been offered Kemptown Healthcare as an option by the NHS, They are a joke!

The telephone number given was wrong. When I eventually found the correct number all I got was 'sorry no one here to take your call will call you back' but they don't. I've called them every hour for two days and there is never anyone to take the call, even though they claim to be open Mon-Friday9-5.

They are obviously a shambles!
