What I liked
some of the nursing & other staff were ouut standing - all are good members of staff on ward d11- plus the food was of hioghest standard
What could be improved
communication with paisent about treatment,not to rely on the routine of the hospital all the time have some through for the iondividual concerned,make sure infomation is passed on correctly to next shhift or other departmet
Anything else?
