What I liked
My Dad, 74, collapsed whilst on holiday in Great Yarmouth with my mum, after an assessment at JPH he was taken onto ICU. Knowing their situation all the staff; doctors, nurses and cleaners chatted to my mum keeping her spirits. It was one of the cleaners who drove my mum back to the hotel as she didn't know where she was. Their professionalism, care and support went the extra mile and this unit is a credit to this hospital. When my sister and I arrived we were informed of all procedures and progress my Dad was making...they helped to make a very difficult situation bearable.
