"Patient with life threatening illness"

I truly can not believe that a patient with an illness that there is no cure for is not seen on a regular basis, diagnosed a year ago with MSA, we saw a Parkinson's nurse 6 months ago then nothing, I have called again today to be told that she is not down to be seen by a consultant this month and to call back in a few weeks, No-one seems to care anymore, once you get to old age no one cares.
