"Monklands Hospital admission problems"

I arrived at Monklands hospital admissions with and as per the admissions letter they had sent me to be informed by admissions that they had no details of my admission on their system. I was eventually sat at a bedside where I remained for over 8 hours awaiting the hospitals permission to be admitted. At 10.30pm I was advised to unpack and use the bed. 30 minutes later I was advised to go home as the bed was now needed for someone else. Bit of a dilemma for a patient with a non weight bearing plaster and certainly not the service expected!
