"Well treated"

After a series of painful episodes I was eventually referred by my GP to the Urology Department. The whole experience from arriving at the hospital, seeing the consultant, CT scan, blood tests and a further discussion with the consultant was made an extremely pleasant one by the smiling and caring staff I had the pleasure to meet in the hospital. I was treated with respect, and treatment considerations discussed and recommendations made in a way which made you feel as if it was important that they suited you and not the hospital staff involved. Would certainly have no reservations about any future visits.
