About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

(as the patient),

What I liked

I contacted a doctor here before embarking on chemotherapy treatment for Uterine Cancer as I was concerned about the consequences of having such treatment. The doctor was brilliant, very reassuring and able to prescribe homeopathic drops/pills to alleviate the likely side effects as well as boosting my immune system. I go for regular check ups and feel I can talk through any concerns or worries. The prescriptions have helped enormously, when I compare my symptoms with other people undergoing similar treatment, and I feel very fortunate that we have such a wonderful hospital within the NHS.

What could be improved

The wait in the pharmacy could be improved.

We are very happy to hear that your experience and treatment at the RLHH helped with physical symptoms, including adverse effects of conventional cancer as this is one of the aims of our cancer service.

We are reviewing arrangements in the pharmacy and hope that this will improve the waiting times.
