What could be improved

I had seen my consultant's registrar last July and had had a follow-up appt booked for this July. I received a letter a month ago saying the appt has to be moved due to staff being unavailable. I moved the appt which I was told had been moved due to annual leave as the date they had given me was unsuitable and was told there would be no further change. I then receive another letter saying it has to be moved again due to leave to a date that is not good for me as I have booked a holiday and have now have to re-arrange. Surely even if the consultant is not free their registrar is as I have only ever seen the registrar anyway!

Unacceptable.
