I was left waiting for over 11 hours+ and everytime I asked what was going on I was told by everone I asked it's nothing to do with me so I can't help and these nurses where at reception I find this totaly not the way the system should run I feel totaly let down and I have 3 young children to look after who had to spend most of this time with me
